Pricing and Ordering
| The first time you place an order, you will need to include a set-up fee. This is a one time only charge to set up your account and create a master tape of your information for the videos (this is similar to purchasing business cards or letterhead). And your information will be kept on file for two years. That means that you can reorder tapes whenever you want within a two-year period without paying another set up fee! This one-time charge is $225. | |

| Does your office have a logo that you would like to include? Graphics are great for helping patients to identify with your office and they also help you stand out from the crowd. Your logo can be printed on the VHS label (on the tape itself) in addition to being shown throughout the tape (next to your name and phone number). If you choose this option, the logo will also be used as a watermark on all of the video footage shown during the tape. This will constantly reinforce your practice to the viewer and it will remind them that it was YOU that cared enough to provide them with the tape.
